The Quadet and the Mystery Of The Mysterious Robber - Chapter 5


Chapter 5- Finally! The mystery is solved!!!

  “But,how can we be sure that Peter Milan is the thief, there’s no proof at all! And besides, he’s the POLICE HEAD!! Nobody’s gonna believe us!!” complained Emily.

Hanna replied,”C’mon, Emily, think!! Mr George believed us, and we can be sure that he’s the thief,’cause he was acting all strange in Sandra’s letter! He stalked off, remember?” 
“O,I’m not as smart as youuu, Hanna!!” cried Emily.. 
Alison yelled,”BACK TO WORK!!!!” they went back to the topic. 
”Yes, you’re right!! ,Hanna !!" agreed Spencer.. “We’ve got proof..” 
Suddenly,Mrs Jason opened the door. "Mr George called, he said that the Police went to Peter’s house and questioned him, he  disagreed to they’re accuses, but then they searched his house and found all of Mr George’s goods stuffed into his clothes Closet.. The closet was fairly large.They also found out that Mr  George’s wife helped him rob them.. They were in court this evening and both of them are  sentenced to 4 months imprisonment,especially because of the ruby..Peter Milan was thoroughly disgraced,” She said in one breath she breathed out, exhausted..she seemed to have by-hearted everything.

  The girls were SO happy they started laughing, hugging, jumping, and even crying!! They had just solved a major mystery!! Mrs Jason was as excited as they were, she added, "The police wanna see you all..get going..” they quickly got ready, and ran towards the Virginia police station,(It was near their house) and rang the shrill door bell.
  One of the polices saw them, and greeted them warmly - it was a cold and damp place, but it was worth it. Peter’s assistant told them,”Hello,girls, we wanted to thank you with a small gift,”he held out a small rectangular-shaped object covered with purple-colored wrapping paper, “Here it is,” He added.
“Ohh,Oh My GOODNESS! Oh, Thank you!!” cried Alison, and accepted the gift.…The police smiled, 

 “You kids’ve just solved a very important Mystery!You may get going now,it has become late…” the girls grinned and turned to leave.They  said  thankyou again, and set out for home.At home, they sat at the dining table,and ripped open the gift eagerly,and guess what it was??? A MEDAL!! For, ‘THE QUADET’, was carved on it in the middle..The girls were VERY surprised and excited! Alison exclaimed, “A medal! For US!?! OMG!” Spencer replied proudly, “YES! Aren’t we remarkable ?” the girls laughed…They spent the half of the evening , discussing about the solved mystery. And they were in for another surprise!! At 6:00 o’ clock, a few T.V reporters came to they’re house and asked them how they solved the mystery, that way they’re other half of the evening evening was spent by telling the reporters each and every detail about the case. Finally, at night, they took a paper and pen, and wrote a letter to Sandra narrating the whole mystery, All thanks to her, they found out about the robbery and solved it!
Well, looks like , “The Quadet” has solved the mystery- “The Mystery of the Mysterious Robber”!! ,as they call it,……….. Let’s see if they solve anymore,…soon.. J J

Wonder by R.J. Palacio

Wonder                    by R.J Palacio Wonder is an extremely well-written book about a 10 year old boy called August Pullman. August, affectionately called 'Auggie' has 'small anomalies' on his face, which basically means that his face is deformed. He has learned to ignore the sniggers, stares  and horrified looks he gets when people see his face. Auggie has a very close relationship with his mother. He finds best friends in a nice and friendly boy called Jack, and a smart and pretty girl called Summer. They make a great team. This amazing book is about the situations and scenarios that August goes through everyday. Most people think that just because August is deformed, that he is dumb as well. But August is the complete opposite of dumb. He is extremely smart and even receives a high Honor Roll award from his school. The school bully(the popular guy), Julian , is shallow and inconsiderate. I Love Hunger Games!

          The Hunger Games , written by, Suzanne Collins, Is a series of books about the dark future (depicted in the book)….the Heroine is Katniss and hero is Peeta. In this book, ( the future)  the whole of the United States of America is divided into 13 parts.  This  book narrates the hard lives of Katniss and Peeta. Both of them are selected  for the Hunger Games , an annual  game, in  which all the 12 ( the 13th one was blown up) districts play a deadly game where all the people competing will be killed and only one person, the winner, will remain.  …It’s a scary, realistic book which makes you lie down on bed, with your eyes glued to the book,…I think this book is un-put down able…. These are the books in the series : The Hunger Games,   Catching Fire and Mockingjay … It has become one of my favorite books:) -Gaya3
